Bookings are preferred Saturday to Saturday

The above prices are inclusive of maid service, welcome hamper, pool maintenance, local management expenses and all utilities.
Occupancy of the villa is for the specified maximum of 7 adults/1baby (cot size) only.
A non-returnable deposit of 20% will confirm the booking, the balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure.
We also require a security deposit of £100 per week, payable with the booking. This will be returned in full, after confirmation that the villa and its contents are in the same condition as on your arrival, (excluding reasonable wear and tear). Any damages or breakages will be made good from this deposit.
Clients will be expected to leave the premises by 11am on their day of departure. Incoming clients will be given access to the villa from noon onwards.
The villa is also available during the winter months, tariff available on application.
