Ground Floor

The ground floor accommodation includes 2 twin bedded double rooms, one with and en suite shower room and a further seperate family bathroom. There is a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and all necessary utensils.

The spacious lounge with log burning fire for the cool season, has an integral dining area. Wafer heaters are provided in all bedrooms making this a property suitable for winter months

First Floor

On the first floor there is a master bedroom with double bed, an elegant en suite, a lounge with 3/4 sofa bed, 2 chair beds and access to a sun terrace. There are a further 2 single folding guest beds available.
                   

Garden, Pool and Terrace

The villa is set in one acre of gardens and orchards containing almond, olive, plum, orange and lemon trees. Our flowers are in bloom all summer long with hibiscus and bougainvillea especially eye catching. There is an extensive terraced area of 200sq. metres to two sides of the property.

The south facing terrace has a swimming pool (10m x 5m), shower, barbeque and covered area. The poolside furniture includes table, chairs, sun loungers and parasols.

The west terrace has a built-in tiled table and benches beneath shady olive trees for al fresco dining.
